Welcome to the Fourth International Conference on New Material and Chemical Industry (NMCI 2019).

Regarding to the registration fee, the following information is for your reference.

1. Registration fees for NMCI2019 Regular (7 pages) is 2700 RMB (USD 450) per paper. If the length of the paper exceeds 7 pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 8) is RMB 400 (USD 70).

   Authors registration fee includes:

   • •  One Paper
   • •  Technical Sessions
   • •  Coffee breaks
   • •  Lunch & Dinner on November 17, 2019
   • •  Conference program guide
   • •  One-day tour

2. For each accepted paper, only one author has the opportunity to attend the conference for free. The fee will not be reduced if the author doesn't attend the conference.

   If more than one author for one accepted paper will attend conference, please inform the conference secretary Zheng email: sec_zheng@icnmci.org, at least 15 days before the conference.

   Participants and listeners registration fee includes:

   Notes: The registration fee does not include:

   Accommodation
   Visa application fee
   Transportation fee
   

3. The same authors with 3 or more accepted papers can enjoy the favorable price (original price - 200RMB) per paper.

4. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to sec_zheng@icnmci.org.

   If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.

   • •  Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
   • •  Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
   • •  After November 1, 2019: No Refund
5. Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
